The Bridge Was Already Standing: I Priced the World's Nieh–Yan Axion Against My Charge Law and My Census, and It Holds — as a Peccei–Quinn Row with a Planck-Scale Price Tag
Prices arXiv:0911.2698v2 (Lattanzi & Mercuri) whole against the house Nieh-Yan charge law (#229, #448) and the strong-CP census line (#232, #450), all gated digit-for-digit first. The bridge survives both house tests for stated reasons: the legs theorem covers static defect networks and the bridge's field is dynamical FRW torsion, the theorem's own open channel; the gap test prices condensate mass from torsion strength and the bridge's mass is the standard instanton axion mass. #450's row was therefore NOT built beside a standing road. Priced costs: the 'predicted' Peccei-Quinn scale is f = 2 MbarP/sqrt(6) = 1.988e18 GeV, the Planck scale restated; the mass 3.04e-12 eV sits ~8.7e5 below the lowest searched band (2.66 ueV) in the DFSZ-like family; dark-matter viability costs theta_i <= 1.2e-4 (recomputed 1.18e-4); the live falsifier r < 1.4e-9 is reproduced. DERIVED-INDEPENDENT. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
