A Flag on the Strong-CP File: The Full-Instanton-Sum θ Record, Filed Beside the Bridge Before the Re-Pricing Meets It
A record flag only — no exam sat, per its commission. Hayashi & Unsal (arXiv:2611.03467) resolve the fractional theta-dependence of the Yang-Mills vacuum by summing over all instanton sectors (CP^{N-1} and SU(N) with a chiral mass, in two and four dimensions). The record is filed beside NT-B1's priced Nieh-Yan x Peccei-Quinn bridge (arXiv 0911.2698) and the strong-CP census line (#47, repriced #232, ninth-row test #450), so the census re-pricing meets it on its desk. Filing checks computed: the NT-B1 packet is present in this volume and prices the bridge; #232 and #450 are present in the wave tree. One coverage fact the filing generated: a full id scan of all five Total Science Index lane shards finds no trace of the record — hep-th is not a harvested lane — so the strong-CP file's newest exhibit is invisible to the house index, consistent with NT-D3's seam account. The record's claims are unpriced, unendorsed, and uncontested by this item. INCREMENTAL. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
