Keloid tissue transcriptome sequencing
This project focuses on pathological scars (keloid / Hypertrophic scars) and normal skin tissue were used as the research objects. High-throughput transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) technology was used to systematically analyze the gene expression differences at the genome-wide level during scar formation, and to explore the relationship between scar hyperplasia, fibrosis, and inflammation regulation. , cell proliferation, apoptosis, and extracellular matrix remodeling related key genes, signaling pathways and molecular regulatory networks, elucidate the molecular mechanisms of pathological scar pathogenesis, and provide basic research basis for precise scar diagnosis and treatment, targeted drug development and clinical intervention target screening.
