BÖLAJAK PSIXOLOGLARNING KASBIY KOMPETENSIYASINI TADQIQ QILIŞNING PSIXOLOGIK-DIAGNOSTIK IMKONIYATLARI
This article analyses the psychodiagnostic possibilities of studying the professional competence of future psychologists. The five-component structure of the competence (cognitive, operational-technological, communicative-empathic, axiological-ethical and reflective) is described, together with the criteria, indicators and diagnostic tools for each component (tests and case tasks, OSCE stations with a simulated client, observation sheets, empathy and emotional intelligence scales, ethical dilemmas, reflective diary, supervision analysis). International data on the growing demand for psychological services are presented, and the relationship between the quality of the therapeutic alliance and outcome (r = 0.278) is used to substantiate the importance of the communicative-empathic component. The article draws on the works of D. McClelland, I.A. Zimnyaya, A.K. Markova, N. Kaslow, E. Rodolfa, C. Rogers, D. Schön and others. As a result, a four-stage model of step-by-step diagnostics of the competence and a four-station OSCE structure are proposed.
