The Successor Account, Founded on Four Declarations: An Amplitude Whose Square Is a Mass, a² = 2 Declared, and the Shared Pair (A₀, φ)
A new held-spin successor account is founded on the four declarations house paper #361 priced: (i) an amplitude field on the circle whose square is a mass, DECLARED; (ii) a three-fold sampling law, DECLARED; (iii) the ratio a^2 = 2, DECLARED; (iv) the shared pair (A0, phi) as spectrum constants, DECLARED, with phi measured-and-declared at 0.222270 rad and no phi = 2/9 claim. Inside the account the Koide ratio Q = 1/3 + a^2/6 = 2/3 is derived by identity from the declared a^2 = 2, at declaration grade; the two mass ratios rest on the declared pair (A0, phi) and are never derived. Paper #145's kill of the old account stands untouched, and the question whether a generation-differing datum can be derived rather than declared stays open, answered for this account on its face: declared. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
