Thresholds for graft viability during liver machine perfusion are reported but not evaluable: coding files and adjudication record
This deposit contains the coding files underlying the manuscript "Thresholds for graft viability during liver machine perfusion are reported but not evaluable: a systematic appraisal of 109 studies". It comprises (i) the coding manual defining the nine items and the decision rules used, (ii) the study-level coding of all 109 included studies for each of the nine items, and (iii) the record of duplicate coding of the three core criteria (STARD 2015 items 12a, 13b and 23) in a 22-study sample enriched for the rare categories, together with the adjudication of every discrepancy against the source text. No patient-level data are contained in this deposit. The review was not prospectively registered; this deposit documents the protocol as implemented. Version 1.0, 4 November 2026.
