This case study presents a confidential comparison between two companies, X and Y, to assess NR12 compliance in eccentric presses with key coupling, using the HRN (hazard rating number) risk classification index. There is also the possibility of using the HRN to support decision-making regarding the value offered by insurers—such as in indemnity payments—when underwriting policies for these companies employees, by analyzing the risk.
