The Completeness Map: Exactly Which Poincare-Gauge Classes the Census Verdict Covers -- and Which It Never Exhibited
Maps paper #423's census verdict (no healthy vacuum twist in quadratic Poincare gauge theory) against the Total Science Index store's actual Poincare-gauge holdings, and states the verdict's domain. The commissioning brief's count (101 titles, 95 in L1) is NOT reproduced under any of three stated definitions (title Poincare+gauge: 116 records/110 unique/107 in L1; title phrase Poincare-gauge: 104/98/98; strict phrase: 94/88/88); the brief's starting address gr-qc/9209013 verifies. On the 98 unique phrase-set papers, classified deterministically (Hamiltonian 23, cosmological applications 18, formalism 18, spectrum/health 16, compact-object applications 13, cubic 4, lower-dimensional 3, teleparallel-adjacent 3), #423's exhibited territory is the spectrum/health core and the Hamiltonian mode results; the unexhibited classes are checked for the forbidden object (a constant pinned nonzero vacuum twist) and none hides one -- their configurations are rolling, sourced, background-free, or in a different theory class. The verdict gains a stated domain without shrinking. No new exam is sat. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
