The Completion Holds: The Paired Profile Plus Its Two Data Separates Every Carrier, Uniformly Across the Slice

Works item D-361-409-45 at its post-survivor shape -- the paired saturated-step profile separating every carrier and passing the single-datum horn, incomplete at exactly two data (stable completion at 2.5e-16, modulo two seed cells, on the one-slice priced grid) -- by running the survivor's completion test, reporting the completion HOLDS and is uniform across the slice, at INCREMENTAL grade; the item narrows to a stated remainder and is not closed by computation. Gated first on the parent's whole battery digit-for-digit (point 5,998/5,998; scrambled 3,000; rearranged 204; doubled maximum deviation 0.001882; translation maximum 0.000245; period-L at L = 3, 4, 5, 6; horn counter-density at 4.7e-17, rectangle 0.082110 against 0.066393). The completed data (profile plus the first two cells) re-tested against every carrier: every separation the profile alone held is held again at the same counts and maxima, seed differences printed carrier by carrier, and every carrier density rebuilt from its own completed data (the point carrier at 2.661e-11, the rest between 1.570e-16 and 1.206e-13). The horn's counter-density is separated by the completed reading at its second seed, differing by 0.165985. Uniformity: reconstruction error by sextile of the position axis within a factor 1.48 (all sextiles at 1.679e-16 to 2.483e-16); seed-error amplification 1.134 overall and 1.111 to 1.134 in every sextile, identical at 1e-8 and 1e-6; single profile entries perturbed at positions 0, 100, 3000 and 5990 amplified 1.677 to 1.905; free and constant-potential completions at 3.608e-16 and 3.237e-16; the same slice at 1,500, 3,000 and 12,000 cells completing at 2.548e-16, 4.475e-16 and 4.653e-16. The remainder: whether a reading may carry two absolute data as part of its statement, and the all-endpoints, all-potentials form. No further factored class proposed; the chord candidate not re-presented; route (i) stands discharged; paper #167's Door two untouched. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
