The Two f's: One Letter, Two Objects

Determines, from print alone, whether paper #100's settled stage-fraction f and paper #249's unpriceable induced f are one object or two sharing a letter (target NT-C4, Derivation Volume V9). Paper #100's f is read from its sections 2 and 4 (the stage reading defined; the declaration 'the canonical coordinate f is the stage address'; the scope fence 'uses no number at that address'), with the Papers Register's entries #33 and #57 showing the same coordinate at work (f_W = 0.773950). Paper #249's f is read from its section 1 (corpus #94's falsifier F3), section 3.1 (the conditional formula f = W/(12 pi) (Lambda/M_P)^2) and section 6 (the verdict: not a defined quantity in this frame). The comparison is forced at five independent points -- different wholes (a process vs 1/G), different kinds (a coordinate on [0,1] vs a single scalar ratio), a printed-value collision (f_W = 0.773950 would be a computed induced f != 1, which #249 expressly never prints), a printed range violation (#249's conditional bracket reaches 1.007981, outside [0,1]), and disjoint settling inputs (a denomination choice vs a six-kind matter inventory) -- and the ruling is TWO objects: f_stage and f_ind, named distinctly, their papers listed, a reading rule stated for cross-line citations. The method is #249's own section 3.2 homonym refusal applied to its own letter. Notebook gates first: both parents' printed exhibits reproduced digit-for-digit (32 checks, exit 0), including #100's stage law (A = 0.523771, f_W = 0.773950) and #249's instrument controls (1/(6 pi) = 0.053052; brackets 0.954930 and 1.007981). Neither paper is wrong and neither is edited. The matter inventory is the author's door: f_ind is not computed and its conditional formula is not evaluated for the frame. The toll 411/400 stands DECLARED, reproduced only as #100's printed exhibit; occupancy q untouched. DERIVED-INDEPENDENT, the target's ceiling. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
