Nedensel Zihin Manifestosu: Bilişsel Süreklilik, Yankı-Gürültü Dinamikleri ve İçsel Tutarlılıkta Sükûnet
This work proposes a conceptual framework that treats the mind as an embedded system within causal processes, striving to model and reconstruct the causal order of its surrounding universe within its own cognitive dynamics. The foundational premise of the framework is that feelings are not exceptions to causality, but variables that actively modulate cognitive and behavioral processes. To the extent that the mind can establish cause-and-effect connections across events and sustain them within its own explanatory network, it achieves a state of cognitive continuity and equanimity. Explanatory gaps in this continuity are conceptualized as "echo"—where isolated thoughts repeatedly reverberate within mental focus—whereas the inability to integrate causal links is framed as "noise," where disparate thoughts disrupt and destabilize one another. Silence is treated not as the generator of this noise, but as the condition that brings it to light as external stimuli recede. A central distinction of this study is that internal consistency and correspondence to reality are not equivalent metrics: a worldview may be internally coherent yet factually incorrect. Religious or other comprehensive worldviews may position known and unknown phenomena within a broader explanatory horizon for certain individuals; however, this functional utility alone does not substantiate the objective truth of the worldview in question. The text presents the echo–noise–equanimity dynamic not as a measured neurobiological mechanism, but as a formal, testable conceptual model.
