Klasifikasi Fondasi Tiang Pancang Berbasis Kapasitas Aksial pada Gedung Rawat Inap Empat Lantai Menggunakan ETABS 18

Efficient driven-pile design requires a transparent relationship between structural demand and geotechnical resistance. This study develops an axial-capacity-based classification for pile caps of a four-story inpatient healthcare building in Cikalong Wetan, West Bandung, Indonesia. Governing vertical reactions were extracted from an ETABS 18 model at 36 foundation points and compared with an allowable single-pile resistance derived from the available CPT-based Meyerhof calculation. A 35 cm precast concrete driven pile with a 26 m design length and an allowable axial resistance of 96.42 metric tons was evaluated in two-, three-, and four-pile groups. The foundation points were classified into three demand bands: FZ < 110 tons, 110 ≤ FZ < 150 tons, and FZ ≥ 150 tons. With adopted group-efficiency factors of 0.93, 0.92, and 0.94, the effective group resistances were 179.34, 266.12, and 362.54 tons, producing utilization indices of 0.826, 0.848, and 0.868. The classification reduces unnecessary pile use while maintaining comparable axial utilization. Final design still requires settlement, lateral, seismic, pile-cap, and load-test verification.
