TALABALARNING IJTIMOIY-MADANIY KOMPETENTLIGINI RIVOJLANTIRIŞ: NAZARIY YONDAŞUVLAR VA PEDAGOGIK MODEL

This article examines theoretical approaches and educational opportunities for developing university students’ sociocultural competence. Conceptual comparison and modelling inform a framework integrating values, knowledge, communication, practical collaboration, and reflection. Assessment criteria are proposed for scenario tasks, observation, and portfolios. The contribution connects theoretical constructs with observable activity. Further empirical validation in higher education is required, and practical recommendations are provided.
