PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL INTERAKTIF PADA MATA PELAJARAN DASAR-DASAR DKV UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SISWA DALAM MENGHASILKAN PRODUK DESAIN LOGO

Instruction at the Vocational High School (SMK) level requires not only support for understanding subject matter but also opportunities for students to develop skills through practical activities. In the Fundamentals of Visual Communication Design subject at SMKN 1 Baureno, students have struggled to follow a systematic design process for producing logo designs due to the limited availability of learning media and teaching materials. This study aimed to develop an interactive e-module that is both feasible and effective for improving logo design production skills among Grade X DKV students at SMKN 1 Baureno. Product development employed the Branch and Varank model through the ADDIE approach, consisting of the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product was developed using Google Sites by integrating learning materials, instructional videos, video tutorials, gamification-based interactive quizzes, artificial intelligence (AI), and practical assignments for producing logo designs using CorelDRAW. The validation results were 80% from the subject matter expert, 92% from the instructional design expert, and 98% from the media expert. The individual trial yielded a precentage of 90%, while small grup and large group testing each resulted in a percentage of 82%. Effectiveness was tested using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Feasibility data were analyzed using percentage calculations, while effectiveness data were analyzed through normality and homogeneity tests and an independent-samples t-test. The independent sample t-test results showed a pretest significance value of 0,804 > 0,05 and a posttest significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. These results indicate a significant difference between the two classes after instruction. Based on the findings, the developed interactive e-module is considered feasible and effective for use in learning to support logo design production skills among Grade X DKV students at SMKN 1 Baureno.
