CTU SGS 2026 baseline: How CTU divided its Student Grant Competition funding among its constituent parts

In 2026, the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) divided 93.5 million CZK of Student Grant Competition funding among its constituent parts by a specific formula. This paper documents each part's share under that formula, the "2026 baseline", together with the method, the inputs, and two independent checks: the formula is the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports' formula for specific university research, applied one level down, and the same code reproduces the Ministry's published share for all 32 Czech universities to within 10^-9 percentage points; the computation reproduces all 23 figures of the workbook from which CTU paid the money to 0.01 CZK. The script, standard-library Python, is available to CTU members.
