Hidden versus gone: prospective protocol v1.10 for a bounded MaleCNS bar-occlusion study

Dated local amendment recorded on 4 November 2026 at 21:07:39 UTC, after prior visible-scout exposure and TRAIN-only support/oracle checks, before this run inspected completed Round U outcomes and before hidden experiments. The primary bar assay contains 48 independent clusters with all 96 dark/bright variants and controls. The strict 48-cluster and compact 96-cluster constructions are not run because of the compute budget. Round P registration search, independently refitted nulls and FlyWire cross-specimen transfer are declared follow-up work. The remaining simulation budget is approximately 12 machine-hours.The package contains PREREGISTRATION.md, AMENDMENTS.md, STIMULI.md, contract.json and the full dated v1.10 amendment. Prior visible exposure and the limits of local prospective dating are explicitly disclosed. This deposit timestamps these files; it does not retroactively register earlier work. No hidden experiment result is claimed.Prepared package SHA256: 94d5cd78dc1018c92351fdff01ea38463db4329e8db1f649b28943f8694a6127. Later amendments will be published as new versions of this record.
