Do Esgotamento Vital ao Fenômeno Ocupacional: A Evolução do Burnout da CID 10 à CID 11 e os Reflexos Previdenciários
This study analyzes the evolution of Burnout Syndrome classification from ICD-10 to ICD-11 and its impacts on Brazilian social security statistics. A qualitative and quantitative, descriptive and exploratory approach was adopted through bibliographic and documentary research and the analysis of official data from WHO, the Brazilian Ministry of Health, Social Security, INSS and SmartLab. The findings indicate a significant increase in work-related mental health benefits and demonstrate the limitations of ICD-10 in identifying Burnout cases. The implementation of ICD-11 may improve epidemiological and social security data accuracy.
