Co-creation of public services—stakeholder relations

The aim of the paper is to check whether stakeholder relations are important in co-creation process of public services delivery. Concepts of stakeholder relations management was elaborated on the basis of one of project milestones: meetings with stakeholders. Hence the research object are the stakeholders of the Popowice, district of Wroclaw city, Poland while the stakeholder relation management is its subject. The research mainly covers the period between 2018–2022. Following research methods have been used: analysis of scientific literature and normative documents, co-creation methodology, comparative analysis. Utilizing the co-creation methodology helped to reveal that stakeholder relations are crucial in co-creation process.
