A rövidített indokolással ellátott bírói döntés alkotmányossága
The Constitutional Court of Hungary established that a conflict with the Fundamental Law by omission of a legislative duty, arising under Article XV (5) and Article XXVIII (1) of the Fundamental Law, exists on account of the legislature's failure to prescribe, by law, the mandatory incorporation into the judgment of the court's full statement of reasons in judicial decisions resulting in the restriction of an individual's legal capacity, including in circumstances where neither of the parties is present at the pronouncement of the judgment. The Constitutional Court called upon the National Assembly to comply with its legislative duty no later than 31 October 2026.
