On Intraspecific, Extinctive Predation: Regarding Transfection in Quiescent Germline Properties of Cancerous Cells

Nature heedlessly dispatches the metabolic efforts of microscopic organisms. Conceptive fungibility—the assumption that any sexual mate is interchangeable and equal—is opposite to the constitution of macroscopic organisms. We let microscopic organisms encounter problems faced by macroscopic organisms, such as the Allee effect, inbreeding, and sterility. Classical oncology confronts cancers with cytotoxins and maximum cell killing, letting Darwinian selection and clonal breeding kill the host, with evolution being a proximate cause of death in most cancer patients (Enríquez-Navas et al., 2015). We respond by exploiting conceptive fungibility in mitotic cells, altering semi-dormant germline properties to be meiotic through lipofection in vitro and LNP transfection in vivo, to instantiate the problems listed above. We specify important conceptual and evolutionary drives that spiral cellular populations toward extinction when unfueled. A contrivance having each mechanism backed by empirical macroecology and the literature of evolutionary oncology. Every deterrence is backed by documented or modeled demographic effects in wild taxa, such as feminizing parasites, coercive tortoises, and bottlenecked mountain lions. Evolutionary oncology has validated the changing of an adaptive response into a lethal deterrence. To our knowledge, no study utilizes these combined effects, directing them toward a species of multicellular organisms or clade of cellular populations. The contrivance is a method that does not poison or excise the cancer and surrounding cells. By the practices of this contrivance listed above, evolutionary pathology turns against the tumor. These studies are consistent with the contemporary literature of its specialized fields.
