Formação continuada de professores e gestores para a proteção de crianças e adolescentes na era digital

This study analyzes the importance of continuing education for teachers and school leaders in the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents in digital environments and presents the development of a self-paced course for the municipal school system of Cubatão, Brazil. This is an applied, qualitative, bibliographic and documentary study based on legislation and on Paulo Freire and Vitor Paro. As a partial result, the 40-hour Moodle course, organized into five modules, is in its final development stage. The study concludes that training can support educational and preventive practices linked to the protection network. The course has not yet been offered or evaluated by participants.
