Arquitetura Embarcada para Supervisão de Auto-Sintonia PI em IHM/CLP Industrial Aplicada a Processo Térmico
This work presents a PI auto-tuning supervisor incorporated into the program running on the CPU of an industrial HMI/PLC. At cold start, the routine defines the sampling interval from the initial plant response, records the heating ramp and identifies a FOPDT model by logarithmic regression. Candidate gains are then calculated using IMC/SIMC. The values are displayed to the operator without automatically replacing the PI parameters. The implementation uses fixed memory, requires no external libraries and records the identification diagnosis.
