EXPERIMENTAL TEST BENCH FOR INVESTIGATING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A HYDRAULIC DRIVE WITH AN ANTI-SLIP DEVICE

The article presents the development and methodological substantiation of a specialized experimental test bench for investigating the characteristics of a hydrostatic drive with an anti-slip control system. The study used hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) modeling methods, stall test (maximum-load test) and transient response test protocols. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive assessment of the transition from passive flow dividers to systems of individual electronic control of hydraulic motor displacement. The proposed control algorithms are expected to provide more effective damping of critical pressure pulsations than classical proportional controllers. The practical value of the work lies in providing accurate efficiency mapping, which creates a basis for optimizing energy saving in hybrid technology and the modern mobile machines.
