The Urca Band Against the Nuclear Lane: I Priced My Resonance Against 374 Records, and the Lane Answers in Pieces

Prices paper #240's Urca bulk-viscosity resonance band against the nuclear lane (L4) it had never consulted. Gated first on #240's notebook re-run whole and diffed identical against its printed .out (band 13.93 in rate; 1.93 DU / 1.55 MU in T; MU suppression <= 1.25e-03; separation 3.4-5.9). Census computed live from L4-nucl.jsonl (79,935 records): 'bulk viscosity' exact phrase in title+abstract = 374 (the commissioning brief's 376 does NOT reproduce -- 2 fewer -- and the recomputed count is printed everywhere including the title), stem incl. hyphen variant 434, Urca 282, both 30. First TSI flag pass over L4 (house flag.py, L4-scoped, store files untouched; full output filed in scratch-v8/l4-flag-pass.jsonl): 9,499 of 79,935 flagged (11.9%; FITTED 3,702, ASSUMED 3,384, IMPORTED 1,968, FIXED 351, DECREED 94); bulk-viscosity subset 49 of 374 flagged (13.1%) -- flags printed as candidates, never verdicts. Five records read whole (2307.10464v2 the target itself, 2306.13591v2, 2209.04717v1, 2108.07523v2, 2406.08978v2): skeleton and DU address confirmed (resonant form is the target's own; crossings/maxima at 2-6 MeV at 1 kHz vs #240's 2-5 MeV anchors); channel disjointness confirmed (MU trapped peaks 13-50 MeV, entirely above DU's 2-6) but the separation factor is regime-dependent, not universal; trapped matter sits on the fast side (gamma >> omega, frequency-independent tail), cutting the band's scope; nearby e/mu resonances sum to a 'flattened' shape #240 did not print (2306.13591). EXTENSION at its ceiling. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
