Derivation of the Angular-Temporal Divergence (δ) and Metric Deformation (γ)
In the study of celestial mechanics and chronometry, tracking Earth’s rotation necessitates mapping the motion of a terrestrial observer onto two distinct reference frames: The Inertial/Geodetic frame (defined by distant, fixed background stars) The Orbital/Rotational frame (defined by the Earth-Sun vector) The discrepancy between these frames manifests as an angular-temporal divergence (δ) which, when integrated over n daily cycles, yields an accumulating metric deformation (γ) in any discrete periodic chronometric device.
