Marcos Regulatórios da Descarbonização: Uma Análise Comparativa entre os Contextos Espanhol/Europeu e Brasileiro

This study compares the decarbonization regulatory frameworks of Spain/European Union and Brazil. Documentary and bibliographic research was conducted through a comparative analysis of the main climate regulations and instruments. The results reveal convergence in the adoption of emission reduction mechanisms, but differences in their maturity, integration, and implementation. The study concludes that the Spanish/European model has a more consolidated framework, while Brazil is advancing with the implementation of the Brazilian Emissions Trading System (SBCE).
