MAKING LONG-TERM MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

The article examines the theoretical foundations, stages and practical mechanisms of long-term managerial decision-making in organizations. It analyzes the specific features of strategic decisions and the methods used under uncertainty and risk. Systems analysis, comparison and expert assessment were used as research methods. Practical proposals for improving the decision-making process are developed. The article may be useful for managers, strategic planning specialists and researchers.
