Competências sustentáveis de recursos humanos do mundo corporativo: uma revisão da literatura latino-americana da última década (2017-2026)

This study aims to map how sustainable competencies are addressed in the actual literature; to this end, a search was conducted in online databases, limited to publications by Latin American researchers between 2017 and 2026. A convergence of views was observed regarding the nature of these competencies, their importance, and their implications for the future of society, leading to the conclusion that, despite the topic's recent emergence, there is a scarcity of material relative to its impact
