Desafios Regulatórios no Ambiente Digital Global
This study analyzes the regulatory challenges caused by globalization and deterritorialization of the digital environment, especially the speed of connections and the flow of users, data, and platforms across different countries. Through bibliographic and documentary research, it examines the characteristics of the Internet and the legal responses adopted by different States and international organizations. The results show that differences among national laws make it difficult to determine the applicable rules and protect rights in the digital environment. It concludes that these challenges require greater international cooperation and closer alignment among legal systems.
