Permutational Mathematical Carrier Architecture (PMCA): System Blueprint and Construction Code — Share Edition

The share edition of the PMCA system blueprint and its construction code, prepared for developers and prospective funders. PMCA — Permutational Mathematical Carrier Architecture — is a deterministic, in-memory graph system for advisory-only output generation. The name is defined by the system itself: Carrier, the stored set of facts and structure, as a carrier set in algebra, on which all operations act; Permutational, because every output is an arrangement of stored elements — ordering is free, meaning is looked up from stored structure and never computed probabilistically; Mathematical, because its operations are exact rules only; Architecture, the frame that carries the rest. PMCA is not a language model, and no language-model machinery participates in its reasoning. This document contains the full technical blueprint (specification) and the six construction scripts (implementation), identical in technical content to the author's private master copy apart from the redaction of a release-strategy note, a 2026-11-03 update of the licensing contact to the author's company address, and the replacement of three manuscript-stated performance figures with measurements taken 2026-11-03 and published in the accompanying verification package. Dual license as printed in the document: code under the Aetherius Cognitive Systems License (ACSL) v1.0; documentation under CC BY-NC 4.0.
