MERLIN SCIENCE — Media Index Lacks Extractable Mathematical Equations or Constants — E8 Intelligence Research
The finding is simple: a search for mathematical evidence returned a media index, not a corpus of equations, and no constants or ratios could be extracted from titles alone. Here is the context. We ran a retrieval looking for primary mathematical structure — equations, constants, ratios — and got back a list of documentary and video titles. That is metadata, not evidence. The only mathematically substantive item was a reference to the oldest math text, which almost certainly means Plimpton 322, the Old Babylonian tablet from around 1800 BCE. The rest was cosmic-cycle numerology and named topics with no derivable content attached. The reasoning a scientist can evaluate is this. Plimpton 322 encodes Pythagorean triples through reciprocal pairs. Take a number x and its reciprocal, form a equals x minus one over x, c equals x plus one over x, b equals two, scale as needed, and you recover a squared plus b squared equals c squared. That is real, and it is sexagesimal, base sixty. Base six Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series. Platform: e8intelligence.com
