The Automated Sub-Sovereign Proxy — Smart-Contract Municipalities, Algorithmic Eminent Domain, and the Evisceration of Territorial Common Law
As municipal debt burdens mount, urban tax bases fracture, and traditional state apparatuses experience fiscal exhaustion, private capital syndicates, technology conglomerates, and real-estate trusts are rapidly deploying automated sub-sovereign proxies. This monograph analyzes "The Automated Sub-Sovereign Proxy": the systemic failure mode wherein the wholesale replacement of transparent, common-law territorial governance with proprietary smart-contract municipalities, automated eminent domain algorithms, and corporate-tokenized charter zones destroys public sovereignty. We examine how jurisdiction-as-code eliminates judicial equity, how automated valuation models execute algorithmic asset repossession, and how token-weighted plutocracy disenfranchises local populations. We construct a non-linear differential model of territorial sovereignty decay (𝒮(𝑡)→0) and establish non-negotiable defensive invariants (The Supremacy of Territorial Common Law, Prohibition of Automated Property Seizure, and Sovereign Jurisdiction Firewalls) to halt programmatic corporate feudalism and protect democratic public space.
