A new record of the Children’s Python Antaresia childreni for the Paroo-Darling National Park
The Children’s Python Antaresia childreni has a widespread distribution throughout inland Australia; yet in NSW, its largely restricted to the north-west. The species is listed as Vulnerable in NSW, it is infrequently recorded and has few recent records from the reserve estate. Here we report on a new record for the species and a valuable addition to records for fauna protected in the Paroo-Darling National Park.
