Discrete Network Layered Block Spacetime Theory (DNLBST): A Quantized Topological Framework for Quantum Impasses and Cosmological Asymmetry

The two foundational pillars of modern physics, General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, fundamentally conflict regarding the ontological nature of time and whether space is an analog (continuous) manifold or a quantized (discrete) structure. The Discrete Network Layered Block Spacetime Theory (DNLBST) is a holistic physical framework that models space as a discrete network of nodes (Grid) at the Planck scale, time as a static four-dimensional Block Universe, and the subjective experience of temporal progression as an observer-dependent sequential scanning of these layers (Continuous Topological Refresh). Driven by the Universal Conservation Protocol (UCP), this model provides a unified topological causality chain that resolves enduring impasses in standard physics, including Quantum Entanglement, the Double-Slit Experiment, the Hierarchy Problem, the Eridanus Supervoid, and Dark Flow. By introducing a parity-based tangent Mirror Universe topology, DNLBST geometrically accounts for eccentric cosmic expansion, deriving a testable Dark Flow velocity equation $V_{\text{flow}} = \epsilon \cdot H_0 \cdot (D_V / D_U) \cdot c$ with an empirical eccentricity coefficient of $\epsilon \approx 0.02$. Quantitative observational predictions across Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) polarization asymmetry, Gamma-Ray Burst (GRB) phase delays, and gravitational wave residual tension are presented. Abstract

Özet (Türkçe): Kesikli Ağ Katmanlı Blok Uzay-Zaman Teorisi (DNLBST); Kuantum Mekaniği ile Genel Görelilik arasındaki temel ontolojik çelişkileri çözen bütünsel bir fizik ve topoloji çerçevesi sunmaktadır.
