Deliverable D5.11 2nd Data Gaps Report - Part I

This deliverable presents the results of PARC WP5 Task 5.1 projects available up to September 2026, updating the first data gaps report (D5.4) with additional evidence generated to address knowledge gaps for substances of concern. It focuses on two major substance groups: natural toxins, particularly mycotoxins (Part I, here in this document), and bisphenol A (BPA) alternatives, covering both human and environmental health (Part II, to be published after review). For human health, the projects investigated prioritised mycotoxins, including enniatins, beauvericin and Alternaria toxins, across genotoxicity and mutagenicity, endocrine effects, and immunotoxiceffects. The work combined established methods, including OECD test guidelines where applicable, with new approach methodologies (NAMs)
