The Kerr Row Is Not Kerr: I Audited a Higher-Curvature Disk Paper Against Its Own α → 0 Limit, and Its Baseline and Its Charge Direction Both Failed
Prices Queue-2 item Q2-07, arXiv:2605.13797 (Hassani, Nozari & Saghafi, thin disks around rotating charged black holes in an effective higher-curvature spacetime), on its verified abstract claim, the TSI store record, and the full text. The load-bearing step is the imported phenomenological Delta-deformation ansatz, audited at its own limits: at alpha = Q = 0 and the stated spin a = 0.9 its Table 1 prints the Kerr row as r_ISCO = 4.5, eta = 0.1942, where exact Kerr gives 2.3209 and 0.1558 (+93.9% / +24.7%), and no prograde spin gives the printed pair together. Inside the table, efficiency rises with charge at both printed alphas (+14.2%, +1.4%), against the paper's summary sentence; the radius trends and alpha trends survive. INCREMENTAL. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
