Framework No. 15: Five Addresses and the Mode of Development

This note fixes the framework for the further development of the series: five addresses (materials science, synapse, anapausa, computation, biology) and the mode of development. Each address is accompanied by a problem statement and an honest status: program, hypothesis, or indication. The framework contains no new results — only statements fixed before verification, so that priority is established before hindsight rewrites history. The central core is the hysteretic medium (axioms A1–A5); consciousness is marked as the homeland of the series, from which the method departs and to which it returns. The mode of development is layered by the brand program "Mirny & Co": science is open forever, the name is protected, applications are a product.
