The Padé Jerk Is the Approximant: I Fed an Exact ΛCDM Universe Through a Supernova Cosmography Paper's Own Fitting Forms, and Its Headline Deviation Came Back Out
Prices Queue-2 item Q2-10, arXiv:2608.15858 (Alfano, Carloni, Luongo & Pace, cosmographic reconstructions through Type Ia supernova samples), on its verified abstract claim, the TSI store record, and the full text. The load-bearing step is the pair of imported luminosity-distance approximants: fed an exact flat LambdaCDM universe at the paper's own fiducial parameters (Omega_m = 0.3, q0 = -0.55, j0 = 1), the Pade (1,2) form misstates d_L by -23.9% at z = 0.75 (Taylor: -1.10%) and, fitted back over the paper's widest interval, returns j0 = -1.333 -- numerically the paper's printed Pade jerks (-1.328, -1.520, -1.308) for all three compilations. The reported deviation from the fiducial jerk is a property of the approximant. The reconstructed dipole is stable as claimed but points 55.6-60.0 degrees from the CMB dipole direction. DERIVED-INDEPENDENT. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
