Implementasi Sistem Pelaporan Bullying Berbasis Web Responsif di SMK Negeri 1 Pedamaran Timur

Unreported bullying in vocational high schools often stems from students' fear of retaliation, discomfort with face-to-face counseling, and concerns over identity confidentiality. At SMKN 1 Pedamaran Timur, manual reporting through direct visits to the Guidance and Counseling (BK) room proved ineffective in offering a safe and easily accessible platform for students. This study aims to implement a responsive web-based bullying application and evaluate its functional performance. The application was developed following the Waterfall software engineering methodology, covering requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment. Functional testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing across three user roles: students, BK counselors, and administrators. The Blackbox testing results confirmed that all system features and user dashboards operated strictly according to functional requirements without technical errors. The responsive web design allows intuitive access across smartphones and desktops. Crucially, the implementation accelerated the response time for handling reported cases by BK counselors, while encouraging student participation and providing secured reporting with structured digital documentation for school management.
