Fractal Interfaces: A Quantitative Model of Bio-Quantum Decoherence, Causal Intervention, and the Mirage of AI Emergence
This paper presents a quantitative model of fractal interfaces, bridging the gap between physical causation and AI statistical correlation. We show how biological systems cross the extreme "narrow interface" of quantum decoherence. We also prove that AI "emergence" is a mirage caused by discrete sampling, and that physical witnesses (causal intervention) are the only way to eliminate false completions. Finally, we derive the solidification dynamics and the critical reuse rate (kappa = 0.75) required for compound interest in interface evolution. The paper includes a self-audit appendix, applying the four-valued verdict engine to its own philosophical premises, physical assumptions, and bibliography.
