Smart_Food_Spoilage_Monitoring_Controller_Paper
Food spoilage is a major cause of food waste and foodborne illness, and most people still judge freshness by smell, appearance, or the printed expiry date. None of these is reliable, because actual spoilage depends on storage temperature, humidity, and the microbial activity going on inside the food. This project proposes an IoT-based controller that continuously monitors the condition of stored food and reports its freshness in real time.
