QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE GLOBAL HYDRAULIC MARKET DEVELOPMENT

The article provides an integrative quantitative and qualitative assessment of the global hydraulic equipment market, combining data from recent commercial reports, consulting studies and scientific publications. The analysis confirms that, despite methodological differences, all major sources predict sustained market expansion with an average compound annual growth rate of about 4% over the next decade, indicating favourable conditions for entering industrial and mobile hydraulics. Particular attention is paid to regional distribution, sectoral structure and component-level dynamics, showing the leading roles of Asia-Pacific, construction and mobile hydraulics, as well as the rising importance of energy-efficient pumps, smart systems and advanced actuators. The study identifies three key transformation drivers: electrification, digitalisation and smart hydraulics, and the green transition, which jointly shape future R&D priorities.
