Annihilation-Consumption Cosmology: A Conceptual Hypothesis on Quantum Origin, Matter–Antimatter Segregation, and Entropic Evolution
This conceptual paper proposes a qualitative cosmological framework connecting a possible quantum origin of the universe, the zero-net-energy conjecture, matter–antimatter spatial segregation, annihilation-driven evolution, and the eventual approach toward thermodynamic equilibrium. Inspired by nonlinear symmetry amplification in chemical systems, the hypothesis explores whether small primordial asymmetries could contribute to the emergence of matter-dominated regions. It further considers the speculative possibility of renewed quantum cosmological origins beyond the conventional description of cosmic heat death. The framework is exploratory and does not claim to provide a validated physical theory. Its dynamical mechanisms, global conservation assumptions, and observational predictions remain unresolved.
