Pre-registration: are successive single-electron hits in a double-slit build-up statistically independent?

Analysis plan fixed before any raw data are seen. Question: are successive single-electron hits in a double-slit build-up (Bach et al. 2013, NJP 15, 033018, if the authors share the raw data) statistically independent in time and place? Primary statistic: Fano factor of hit counts in 0.2-30 s windows; secondary: spatial clustering, lag correlations of positions, day/night split. Controls for source drift, detector artefacts and a shuffle test; decision rules stated in advance. A speculative 'threshold detachment' picture predicts excess clustering near the noise correlation time; standard quantum mechanics with a Poisson source predicts F = 1. This is a test plan, not a claim. Toy-model code attached (h234_threshold_release.py).
