One Degeneracy, Not Two Detections: I Priced the Joint w_DM–w_DE Release in "Is Dark Matter Really Matter?", and the Dark-Matter Half Is a Mapping Effect Switched by a Prior
Prices Queue-2 item Q2-09, arXiv:2608.04763 (Jiang & Shafieloo, 'Is Dark Matter Really Matter?'), on its verified v2 abstract claim, the TSI store record, and the full text. The load-bearing step is the joint release of w_DM and w_DE: the displacement is one degeneracy line (slope dw_DE/dw_DM ~ 104 and ~ 112 in the two CMB treatments), not two detections. The target's eq. (10) reproduces its printed 1.6% and 1.2% dark-matter reductions at z = 2.33 from its best fits (1.57% and 1.22% here; lever 3 ln(a_m/a_d) = 17.38); single-parameter pulls are all below 1.65 sigma while the joint Dchi2 is superadditive (-5.69 vs -3.08 summed), the 95% exclusion of w_DM = 0 clears zero by only 1.5e-5, and forbidding phantom crossing multiplies the w_DM central value by 4.1x (0.45 sigma to 2.18 sigma). DERIVED-INDEPENDENT. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
