The Chosen Chirality, Priced: The V−A Structure of Sudarshan–Marshak and Feynman–Gell-Mann, the Spectrum It Fixes, and the Structures It Discards

Census pricing (row CC-117) of the founding step of Sudarshan & Marshak's V-A proposal (Padua-Venice 1957; Phys. Rev. 109, 1860, 1958) and Feynman & Gell-Mann's 'Theory of the Fermi Interaction,' Phys. Rev. 109, 193-198 (1958), against a fixed bench (what is postulated, what is derived, what the postulates return numerically, what they cannot reach). The step is one chosen structure -- the single chiral combination V-A of the five Lorentz structures (S, V, T, A, P), every fermion entering through (1 - gamma5)/2 -- plus universality. Verified in the notebook (16 checks, exit 0): the muon-decay spectrum the choice forces (rho = 3/4, mean reduced energy 0.7000, 38.56% of decays above x = 0.8) against the pure-V (rho = 3/8, 0.6500, 28.32%) and pure-S (rho = 0, 0.6000, 18.08%) counterfactuals at the same G_F; the projector idempotent with trace exactly 2 of 4; tree-level G_F extracted from the declared muon lifetime and mass inputs at 1.163819e-5 GeV^-2, 0.22% below the modern fitted value. Remainders at full size: the choice was selected by re-reading a partly distrusted experimental record, not derived; its exactness is a boundary value asserted where a fit would return an interior point (a 5% scalar admixture moves rho to 0.7125); the sign of the chirality is invisible in the unpolarised spectrum; universality is asserted, not proven. Scout-grade verification disclosed on the manuscript's face (CC-91 form): no verbatim quotation, no page-specific claim. EXTENSION. Vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED; quantum gravity NOT SOLVED.
