Pre-reveal hash commitment and evaluation supplement for 2025 four-crop national yield predictions: CP9B46 V2/V3
This record provides a pre-reveal cryptographic commitment and evaluation supplement for previously sealed national crop-yield predictions for maize, rice, soybeans and wheat. It publishes file hashes, byte counts and methodological disclosures, not numerical predictions, agricultural target values or private data. The artifacts are retrospective predictions using complete-season climate information, not forecasts issued before the growing season. Evaluation will compare the sealed V2 policy and every named V3 exposure scenario with their registered background references on explicitly matched populations. Prior analyst exposure and target-publication chronology are recorded separately; universal blindness is not claimed. Single-year spatial uncertainty does not establish performance across future years. Prediction files are intended for release in a linked record after separately authorized target reveal, subject to confirmed rights. The record documents a commitment and analysis plan rather than model certification or operational deployment.
