A Unified Framework for Organic Matrix Mapping

ABSTRACTThis paper presents an alternative theoretical framework establishing a direct geometric link between fundamental subatomic constants and the physical dimensions of molecular structures. We derive a spatial digitalization constant, Alpha_S = 0.00513665 nm/Da, based strictly on the classical radius of the electron, the electron mass, and the atomic mass unit (Dalton). Application of this linear constant to light, uncoiled organic molecules, neurotransmitters, and nucleic acid pairs reveals an anomalous correlation with experimental data, yielding a predictive accuracy of over 98% without any structural fitting parameters. We define the strict boundary conditions where this one-dimensional scaling model acts as an ideal spatial digitalizer and analyze the geometric phase shifts that occur when matter transitions from linear to three-dimensional macromolecular configurations.
