LIFE-CYCLE SUPPLY CHAIN MODELING AND SPECTRAL-OPTICAL VALUE CREATION IN AUTOMOTIVE SPARE PARTS MANUFACTURING
This thesis explores the dual-stream economic architecture of automotive spare parts manufacturing by integrating multi-echelon inventory classification (A–D criticality-price matrices), digital aftermarket diagnostics, and spectral-optical glass engineering. Moving beyond general enterprise efficiency metrics, this research investigates how global technological convergence—exemplified by Bosch Connected Repair Online, multi-sensor ADAS spatial redundancy, and UV&IR-CUT spectral glazing—reshapes domestic component production in Uzbekistan. Drawing on empirical and laboratory data from “Avtooyna” LLC (2020–2025), the study evaluates the three-year investment payback cycle of creative design monetization, where initial capital deficits (–1,230 million UZS in 2020–2021) transition into sustained net creative profits (+1,675 million UZS by 2025), supported by an expansion in the CAPEX/OPEX investment ratio from 0.26 to 0.47.
