3D Movement Method General Manual (Version 1.0)
The 3D Movement Method (3DMM), developed by Zarina Manaenkova (Zarina del Mar), combines movement practice and movement education to expand movement repertoire and develop the ability to adapt movement to changing physical capacities, task demands, and everyday conditions. The General Manual (Version 1.0) presents the principles and organization of the method. It explains how movement tasks are constructed, varied, and combined, how practice is organized, and how practitioners learn to understand and adapt their movements. Illustrated examples show movement families, task variations, and applications in everyday life, while accompanying videos provide demonstrations of selected movements and adaptations referenced in the text. The Manual also presents the theoretical foundations of the method, available research data, and directions for further investigation.
